Welcome to Aloka Kaya Healing

Providing services in energy healing and somatic therapies, combining the traditional Japanese healing practices of Reiki and Shiatsu.

Aloka Kaya is a Sanskrit term that can be translated as radiant body. 'Aloka' refers to light or clarity - light from the sun, moon, fire, or the light of knowledge; and 'kaya' is body - which can mean both the physical body (earth, water, air and fire), and the mental body (the non-material aspects of being).

In my healing practice I work at the level of the energy body to bring about change in the physical and mental body.
